Wilsor 2K Wood Filler Paste
Wilsor Wood Filler Paste Quick is a high-quality product designed to address a variety of wood-filling needs. It features a fast curing time and high stability, making it an essential tool for both DIY enthusiasts and professionals. The wood filler paste does not shrink and adheres to most surfaces (except polyethylene, polypropylene, Teflon, etc.).
It is highly suitable for wood and concrete repairs. Once cured, it can be sawn, sanded, and nailed like wood. Wood screws can be inserted after pre-drilling a small pilot hole.
Manufactured on an epoxy base, it is completely waterproof. The wood filler paste is formulated to remain slightly flexible, allowing it to adapt to the movement of wood. It is temperature-resistant up to approximately 80°C.

Frequently Asked Questions About This Product
Better Water Vapour Sealing
A disadvantage is the longer curing time (sanding after 12 hours) and also the price. The epoxy filler, available in 400g and 1000g packages, is a fine white finishing putty. The 2.6kg set is a lightweight filler, slightly coarser (due to the micro balloons) but easier to sand. While the epoxy filler focuses primarily on quality, the wood filler paste also takes price into account. A more affordable epoxy base resin is used for the wood filler paste, while retaining many of epoxy's beneficial properties (adhesion, absence of shrinkage). The cured wood filler paste not only has the colour of wood but also the weight, sawing ability, and grindability.

How to Use This Paste
Applying Wilsor Wood Filler Paste 2K is a straightforward process. It is highly suitable for wood and concrete repairs. Start by cleaning the surface where the paste will be applied. Using a filling knife, apply the wood filler paste to the area to be filled. Ensure the surface is free from dust, dirt, and loose particles. The thicker the layer, the longer the drying time, so applying thin layers is recommended for quicker curing. After application, you can remove excess paste and smooth the surface. Once the paste is completely dry, the area can be further sanded and finished as desired. This paste withstands temperatures of up to 80°C and remains partially flexible. After curing, you can treat the paste as wood and drive nails, screws, and other fasteners into it.
