The best façade paint deals with us
For painting your façade, you need high-quality paint. Exterior wall paint can be based on either acrylic (water) or solvent. Exterior wall paints are very specific and relatively expensive. This is because they need to withstand weather conditions from winter months to intense UV rays from the sun. There are also façade paints that protect against algae and moss. The Pastolex Super Matte Effect is a very good choice due to its scrub resistance class 1 and coverage class 1. Additionally, you can find the best façade paint deals on our webshop every week.
Did You Know?
Did you know that façade paint includes a special UV filter, which is necessary to protect the colour and façade against the sun? Besides this filter, façade paint is also always vapour permeable.
Façade paint for exteriors
For the best façade paint, we always recommend a high-quality flexible and water-repellent exterior wall paint. This is also called exterior façade paint. These products are specially developed to protect the outside façade from weather conditions and UV rays. We offer exterior façade paint from all top brands, and it can be mixed in any possible colour.
Tip from the Paint Mixer
Keep your façade looking bright with a light colour. For the bottom 30 cm, apply black or anthracite façade paint to provide extra protection for the splash zone against dirt.
The best façade paint
To determine the best façade paint, we always need the right information. What is the surface, is it brick or plastered? Are there cracks in the façade, or is there mould or algae growth? Many factors are considered to determine the best façade paint. Of course, we have the right products to make your façade neat and beautiful again.
Black façade paint
A black façade can be very beautiful but also quite striking. Black façade paint is most often ordered for the bottom section, called the splash zone. This is usually painted black or dark anthracite, with the following colours typically used: RAL 9005, RAL 7021, and RAL 7016.
White façade paint
White can be very attractive, but note that a white façade can sometimes be painfully bright. In such cases, RAL 9010 is a nice alternative, or even RAL 9001. Thinking of painting your façade white? First, take a look at other houses or façades to choose the right colour.

Painting a façade
Painting your own façade is quite a task, but with proper preparation and the right materials, you can certainly do it yourself. Start by cleaning the wall; a pressure washer is great for removing dirt and loose paint. Check for cracks or holes in the wall; repair these first. If there’s flaky or peeling paint, remove it to create a smooth surface to paint on. Seal all edges and cracks to prevent water from getting in. Use a primer to cover stains and ensure an even base for the paint. Protect areas like doors, windows, and other surfaces you don’t want to paint using painter’s tape and plastic sheeting. Then, start painting with a roller or brush, applying the paint evenly. Allow the paint to dry thoroughly before applying a second coat. For the best results, a second coat is usually necessary.
Tip from the Paint Mixer
Measure ahead of time how many square metres you need to paint. Calculate this by multiplying the length of your surface by its width. Each wall paint has a consumption rate of 7.5 m² per litre. This means you can paint 75 square metres with 10 litres of wall paint. Always check if your wall is absorbent and requires a primer.
